All prices listed on the website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
We accept secure online payments through approved payment gateways. Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Colombo: 1–3 working days
- Outside Colombo: 3–7 working days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. The Vanilla Club will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We currently accept exchanges only for:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items sent by us
- Size exchanges subject to stock availability
Conditions for exchanges:
- Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Sale items and discounted items cannot be exchanged or refunded
- Items failing quality inspection may be rejected
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packed.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be provided if:
- The item received is defective
- The item is unavailable after purchase
- An order is cancelled by us
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
